You have 4 months to complete the online course starting from the date that you purchased the course. Please note: If you received an open bursary, you have 3 months to complete the course.

Yes, as soon as you book the purestretch online course we will post the purestretch manual to you and
a stretch strap ; )

When you feel ready, you will send a video of your assessment which will be undertaken in the format of a class environment min of 2 people attending. You will be teaching a 10min sequence of the purestretch routine that you have been practicing online. Don’t worry you will be well prepared for this assessment!

If you don't pass the first time, we will explain why and simply try again. If you feel daunted by assessments please don’t.
Our job is to help you succeed in the course and you will be very well prepared in every aspect of the training.

Provisions will be made wherever possible for those with learning or language difficulties. Please get in touch prior to booking.

Anyone !.....we have many people who attend who just want to learn more about stretching. If you would like to teach purestretch in a class environment and get 10 CPD points you need to have a NVQ level 2 or above in fitness.

We stretch in many different ways to add variety to the class. We introduce stability balls, over balls, poles, yoga bricks to be honest we use anything that can improve technique and keep the class feeling fresh with new ideas.

No this course is an accreditation, a fantastic add on course for anyone who has already achieved a level 2 qualification in fitness but anyone who wants to know more about stretch can sign up for the purestretch online course right here
