Do I have a time limit to complete the course?
You have 6 months to complete the online course starting from the date that you purchased the course.
Is there a manual available with purestretch online course?
Yes, as soon as you book the purestretch online course we will post the purestretch manual to you and
a stretch strap ; )
How are the purestretch online assessments structured?
When you feel ready, you will send a video of your assessment which will be undertaken in the format of a class environment min of 2 people attending. You will be teaching a 10min sequence of the purestretch routine that you have been practicing online. Don’t worry you will be well prepared for this assessment!
What happens if I don't pass?!
If you don't pass the first time, we will explain why and simply try again. If you feel daunted by assessments please don’t.
Our job is to help you succeed in the course and you will be very well prepared in every aspect of the training.
Do you offer special provisions?
Provisions will be made wherever possible for those with learning or language difficulties. Please get in touch prior to booking.

What stretching tools and techniques do you use in purestretch?
We stretch in many different ways to add variety to the class. We introduce stability balls, over balls, poles, yoga bricks to be honest we use anything that can improve technique and keep the class feeling fresh with new ideas.
Is purestretch a qualification?
Purestretch is an accreditation. Purestretch has been accredited by Cimpsa who are the professional development body for the UK's sport and physical activity sect. This accreditation shows that we cover everything you need to know for a career in the stretch industry.
What is CIMPSA?
CIMPSA is the professional development body for the UK’s sport and physical activity sector. CIMSPA provide accreditation to training providers such as ourselves. This stamp of approval on courses gives quick knowledge to a consumer that the training being offered is trustworthy.
Do I get CPD points when I complete this course?
Yes, if you have a level 2 or above in fitness you will receive 10 CPD points on successful completion of the purestretch online course.
What happens after the purestretch course?
The purestretch online support has regular new choreography and ideas/support on how to push your purestretch business forward. With these tools to hand the world of stretch is in your hands!
